Introducing the Latest Additions to the EVS Range

The EVS 11K and 18K systems are the newest EVS range to hit the market, featuring larger capacities and an advanced touch-screen controller to operate the machine. These systems have the capacity for single operation dedrossing of the largest wave soldering machines, even acting as a storage pot for dross until it’s full and ready to run a cycle.

Its large integrated hopper makes the transfer of dross from the wave to the EVS simpler and safer, speeding up dedrossing times by up to 75%. This provides a cleaner wave with less maintenance, less downtime, a reduction in shorts and bridging as well as the potential to discontinue the use of messy and expensive wave oils and/or dross reduction powders.

Self-Contained Process with Integral Safety Features

The EVS Systems operate on an automatic cycle, so the operator doesn’t have to spend valuable time with the machine. Simply load the machine and press the start button and the EVS will take care of the rest. The systems feature multiple safety locks and alerts to ensure the safety of operators, and as the systems run in a self-contained process, no fumes or smells are expelled onto the shopfloor as they are processed through the filtration system in the machine cabinet.

The EVS 11K/18K Systems can help you to gain and retain ISO14001 accreditation. The systems help you to REDUCE your purchase of new solder bars, REUSE your solder by processing it in an EVS which separates and returns it into the tray to give you clean solder bars, and RECYCLE the dross from your wave machine by recovering the solder that would normally be sold back to your solder supplier for a fraction of its real value.

Upgrade your Production Process.

The EVS 11K/18K systems are positioned on a moveable cabinet, meaning you can move the EVS System with ease to your wave machine, making dedrossing easier and safer. The EVS machine can then be moved out of the way, plugged in and the cycle started, processing the loaded dross while your operators continue on other duties. The 11K/18K systems will recover solder from your dross, producing bars that are ready to be dropped into your wave machine, or can be stored and used at your convenience. This is a self-efficient process, allowing you to recover solder from your own dross onsite and have your own supply of bars.
