Introducing the Latest Additions to the EVS Range

The EVS 500 range offers a capacity ranging between 4lbs/2kg to 10lbs/5kg, accommodating those producing smaller amounts of dross per de-dross. The EVS 500 range has the ability for single operation dedrossing of wave or selective soldering machines.

Its integrated hopper makes the transfer of dross from the wave or selective to the EVS simpler and safer, speeding up dedrossing times by up to 75%. This provides a cleaner wave with less maintenance, less downtime, a reduction in shorts and bridging as well as the potential to discontinue the use of messy wave oils and/or dross reduction powders.

EVS500 & EVS500LF Desktop Model Only

This is the simplest form of the EVS500, which connects directly to your plant exhaust. The dross is expelled into the dross tray in the machine, which can be easily removed.

EVS500CAB & EVS500LFCAB Single Cabinet

This includes an automated dross chute, where the left-over powder is dispensed through a chute into the sealed dross bin. The EVS500 machine connects directly to your plant exhaust.

EVS500CABF & EVS500LFCABF Double Cabinet

This includes an automated dross chute and a fume extraction unit. This unit filters the fumes produced from the machine and prevents any smells from being emitted into the plant. The EVS500 machine connects directly to this fume extraction unit.
